About the Role

We are looking for a Presales Specialist who can understand client needs, analyze business requirements, prepare solution demos, and support the sales team in positioning Jawab solutions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients and understand their business needs and workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Perform basic fit-gap analysis.
• Prepare tailored solution presentations and demos.
• Work with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to propose the right solution.
• Support proposals, scope notes, and client follow-ups.
• Help clients understand migration, integrations, and solution requirements.
• Ensure a clear handover to the delivery team after closing.

Requirements

• Experience in ERP, SaaS, CRM, or business software solutions.
• Strong business analysis and requirement-gathering skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into solution requirements.
• Good Arabic and English communication skills.
• Experience in Presales, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting is preferred.
• Experience with Odoo or similar systems is a plus.
