عند قيامك باستخدام أو الاشتراك في نظام جواب ERP، فإنك تؤكد على فهمك الكامل وتوافقك على الشروط والأحكام التي تم وضعها أدناه، والتي تهدف إلى تنظيم العلاقة

 بينك وبين النظام وضمان تجربة استخدام سلسة وآمنة.

نطاق الخدمة

نظام جواب ERP هو نظام تخطيط موارد مؤسسية سحابي يُقدَّم بنظام الاشتراك.

تعتمد الخدمات، الوحدات، وعدد المستخدمين على الباقة المختارة وأي إضافات يتم شراؤها.

المستخدمون والتسعير

تشمل كل باقة عددًا افتراضيًا من المستخدمين.

يتم احتساب رسوم إضافية تلقائيًا في حال إضافة مستخدمين أكثر من العدد المشمول في الباقة.

المدفوعات

تُستحق الفواتير خلال المدة المحددة في الفاتورة.

قد يؤدي التأخر في السداد إلى تعليق الخدمة وتطبيق الرسوم المستحقة حسب السياسة المعتمدة.

تعليق أو إنهاء الخدمة

يحق لنظام جواب تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول إلى الخدمة في حال عدم السداد، أو مخالفة الشروط، أو إساءة استخدام النظام، أو استخدامه لأغراض غير قانونية.

الضرائب

جميع الأسعار لا تشمل الضرائب ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

يتحمّل العميل أي ضرائب أو رسوم حكومية أو استقطاعات نظامية مطبقة في بلده.

توفر الخدمة

  يُقدَّم نظام جواب ERP على أساس أفضل جهد ممكن. قد تحدث انقطاعات مؤقتة بسبب أعمال الصيانة، التحديثات، أو ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة.

البيانات والأمان

• تظل بيانات العميل ملكًا له بالكامل.
• يطبق نظام جواب إجراءات أمنية معقولة، ويقع على عاتق العميل مسؤولية حماية بيانات الدخول وإدارة صلاحيات المستخدمين.

تحديد المسؤولية

لا يتحمل نظام جواب أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات أو الإيرادات أو توقف الأعمال.

كما لا يتحمل مسؤولية أي مطالبات من أطراف ثالثة ناتجة عن استخدام العميل للنظام.

القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط والالتزامات لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية.

وتكون المحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية هي الجهة القضائية المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاع.

القبول

باستخدامك لنظام جواب ERP أو تفعيل الاشتراك، فإنك تقرّ بموافقتك الكاملة على هذه الشروط والأحكام.

Terms & Conditions

Jawab ERP – Saudi / GCC

By subscribing to or using Jawab ERP, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Scope of Service

Jawab ERP is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provided through subscription.

Services, modules, and user limits depend on the selected plan and any add-ons purchased.

Users & Pricing

Each subscription includes a default number of users.

Additional users are charged automatically according to the active pricing plan.

Payments

Invoices are payable within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice.

Late payments may result in service suspension and applicable late charges.

Suspension & Termination

Jawab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, misuse, or unlawful use of the platform.

Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Any withholding taxes or local government charges are the responsibility of the client.

Service Availability

Jawab ERP is provided on a best-effort basis.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond Jawab’s control.

Data & Security

Client data remains the property of the client.

Jawab applies reasonable security measures, while clients are responsible for protecting their login credentials and access policies.

Limitation of Liability

Jawab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

Jawab shall not be responsible for third-party claims arising from client usage of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.

Acceptance

By creating an account, activating a subscription, or using Jawab ERP, the client confirms full acceptance of these Terms.
