  • Customer: Any individual or legal entity that uses Jawab's services or products.
  • Service: All systems, applications, websites, APIs, and services provided by Jawab.

2. Use of the Service

The customer agrees to use Jawab's services in a lawful and responsible manner and shall not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or compromise its security or stability.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Services are provided according to the subscription plan selected by the customer.
  • Subscription fees are due in accordance with the invoices issued by Jawab.
  • Jawab reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in the event of late payment or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees paid are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

4. Customer Data

All customer data remains the property of the customer. Jawab is committed to implementing appropriate security measures to protect the data and maintain its confidentiality. Customer data will only be used for the purpose of providing the service or where required by applicable law.

5. Service Availability

Jawab strives to provide stable and highly reliable services. However, periodic maintenance or updates may be performed, which could result in temporary interruptions to certain services.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Jawab platform, including software, designs, logos, content, and databases, are owned by Jawab or its licensors. They may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or otherwise used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jawab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from the use of the service, outages beyond its reasonable control, or services provided by third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

Jawab's services may integrate with systems or services provided by third parties, such as payment gateways, government services, messaging services, or cloud infrastructure providers. The use of such services is subject to the respective providers' terms and conditions.
